Hulo is an LFO-controlled filter effect.

There’s two stereo-modes: one where both channels are sweeped by the same filter & one where each has it’s own. The LFO rate can be dialed in manually or synchronized with the tempo of your track.

Toggle switch on the right selects the stereo-mode: in up position both channels are sweeped by the first filter, in down position each channel has its own filter.
Toggle switch in each filter section selects the LFO rate-mode: Up is manually, use the little knob next to the switch to alter. Down is tempo sync, use the button to select the measurement.
