Overdrive per batteria e per piano elettrico: Drove by Shuttleplug

Drove, messo a disposizione da Shuttleplug, è progettato specificatamente per la batteria, anche se può essere utilizzato su strumenti tipo piano elettrico. Usa un VCF che permette il controllo delle frequenza da saturare e ha un filtro low-pass che può essere opzionalmente applicato dopo l’effetto.

Drove is an overdrive designed specifically for drums. It’s also nice on electric piano-type synths.

It uses a VCF that let’s you control the range of frequencies going into the drove & has an optional low-pass filter at the end for smoothness.

PRE:

CUTOFF opens up the VCF (voltage controled filter).
RES emphasises the upper harmonics around the cutoff frequency.

DROVE:

THRESHOLD sets level where drove occurs.
DROVE controls the amount of drove.

POST:

CUTOFF alters the cutoff frequency of the LPF (low pass filter).
RES emphasises the upper harmonics around the cutoff frequency.
DRY/WET crossfades the input signal with the droved signal.
